Exclusive to players who purchased the Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition or the Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition. 13 Adds a submachine gun, a shotgun, a sniper rifle, a heavy pistol, and other items. Mass Effect 3's base game has four different TFCs that store all non-GUI textures in the game (GUI textures are contained in PCCs). Most textures affected by mods are stored in Textures.tfc. Each DLC has their own TFC, and DLC mods often come bundled with their own, as well. The unique armors are available in the Citadel shops. But I wouldn't buy them for any other reason than to get the achievement. You can usually build a better setup using the individual components. Shepard is also 89% cooler without a helmet. The individual armor components can be found in missions.

If you haven’t already installed the DLC Patcher, do so now by placing the two.dll files in your Mass Effect 3BinariesWin32 directory. Drop the folder(s) named DLCCON into your Mass Effect 3BioGameDLC directory. Slide your arm, leg, shoulder and chest piece sliders all the way to the right. Fight fabulous!WARNING: This mod may conflict with other mods that add armors to the closet. It will also conflict with any other mods that change the Batarian State Arms store. I will try to release compatibility patches if possible as issues become apparently.
