Added program reminders. Note that Windows 8 has a limit of only 5 Live Tile notifications for a program. Toast notifications will only appear when your device is on and active. Optional email reminders may be added to a future update. Added the ability to view 2, 3 or 4 hour time blocks.
Your selection will be remembered for the next time you open the app. However, note that the time headings must now also scroll along with the listings - these are no longer fixed time labels. Added previous and next buttons for easy switching between time blocks.

Minor formatting adjustments to the Program Details page. Added the day of the week to the dates drop-down. The app will now remember your position in the listings grid, so when selecting a new time or navigating back from a program details page, the grid will return you to your last position. Better error handling when a connection error occurs.
